Torch

During the Kargil war in 1999, in a remote village near the border, two sisters find refuge and hide themselves in their basement. They are stuck in a village which is under attack. The terrified younger sister is impatiently waiting for their father to return and take them to a safe place. Her elder sister, who is also scared attempts to distract her by playing various games with her and by telling her bedtime stories using ingenious methods. Stuck in the basement, the two little girls cling to hope and to each other during a brutal and bloody war.
