Summer is around the corner in Montauban, with its vacation, its outdoor barbecues… and the “Summer Triathlon”, a popular competition broadcast on TV. Christian, a divorced, small-time salesman, has no other joys than his 14-year-old daughter. Out of love for her, and to redeem himself for all his white lies, he agrees to participate in this great sports event. The day he meets Christine, a single mother who is pregnant, everything seems to be coming together for Christian to make a fresh start…
