Director's Statement
The theme of human trafficking has haunted me for years due to a personal experience within my family. When I was 14, my brother vanished while working construction abroad. Later, we discovered he had been enslaved. Though he eventually escaped and returned home, those anguishing weeks of uncertainty remain etched in my memory.
I earnestly hope this film will resonate on multiple levels, stirring emotions, provoking thought, and perhaps even inspiring change as viewers contemplate its central themes.
