Joe Gonsalves, a low class gravedigger goes around doing his routine work of putting the dead to rest in a graveyard until the day he is approached by a man named Samar. Samar having studied Joe’s background sees Joe as a perfect fit to execute a grave robbery. He manipulates Joe into stealing Sophia Martin’s Jewellery that is worn by her corpse at the time of her funeral. Forced by his financial conditions, Joe carries out his plan.
