Sarah Kohr: Ghosts Of The Past

Lorenz Degen, a former neighbourhood big shot sentenced to life in prison, escapes from custody after 19 years. Despite being in danger, inspector Sarah Kohr and public prosecutor Anton Mehringer can’t count on help from the authorities, because the secret they used to put Degen behind bars would destroy their careers. When Anton’s twelve-year-old son Hendrik is kidnapped and Degen demands Sarah’s childhood sweetheart in exchange for the child’s release, Anton and Sarah have no choice but to face their past once again.
