Til Schweiger is a highly successful German actor and filmmaker who has amassed over 70 million viewers in German cinemas. He achieved breakthrough fame with "Maybe... Maybe Not" in 1994 and went on to star in several box office hits, such as "Knockin' on Heaven's Door", "Rabbit Without Ears" and "Head Full of Honey" where he also served as a director and producer.
Schweiger's career as an actor began in 1991 with "Manta, Manta" and he recently directed its sequel in 2022. He made history by becoming the first foreign actor to win Best Actor at the Warsaw International Film Festival for his role in "Bastard" in 1997.
As a producer, he founded the company Mr. Brown Entertainment in 1997 and later launched Barefoot Films in 2004. With Barefoot Films, he produced successful movies like "Barefoot", "One Way", and "Rabbit Without Ears".
