Trivia

It was slated to be filmed between February 24 and March 20 2020, but production was interrupted due to France's national lockdown in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, with only five days left to shoot. These five days were filmed later that year, from the 22 to the 26 of June.

L’Ankou resembles the most popular and modern representations of the figure of Death; a skeleton, often robed and brandishing a scythe. L’Ankou is Death itself, and it is he or she who beacons the souls of those who are about to die and carries them off in a wagon.
